It's a Crafty Month for Me

Finally I am back to posting.

Here is a card I made today for July 2nd's scketch challenge over at Splitcoast and also for Tuesday's Crafty Secrets forum "Celebrating 4th of July"

I live in Canada and we just finished celebrating yesterday, Canada Day. I do however, have family over in the USA, sister (who got me started with scrapbooking), Son, Nephews, Nieces and lots and lots of cousins. I did live in LA for 4 years and have experienced celebrating 4th of July.

Having said all that, let's all help these Angelic Kewpies celebrate America's 4th of July.

Stamped images are from Crafty Secrets "Kewpies" collection which was stamped 2 times in Onyx Black Versafine on white cs and colored with Lyra Aquacolors and Tombow markers. For the second stamped image, the instrument was heavily sponged with Brocade Blue, cut out and popped up with dimentionals. Sky was sponged with Sky Blue using a scalloped oval to make the clouds. Red dotted paper is from CS Radiant Paper Designs. Music sheet is a free download from the Heartwarmingvintage blog which can be found here.

Stamps: Kewpies - Crafty Secrets Clear Art Stamps
Paper: Radiant Paper Designs - Heartwarming Vintage Collection
Ink: Onyx Black Versafine, Brocade Blue, Sky Blue, Tombow markers and Lyra Aquacolor
Accessories: Brads

Hope you all have a safe and happy 4th of July celebration.
