Abuelita

July 31, 2008

Today is the last day in July and this marks the last day to be Guest Desinger for Crafty Secrets. I have thoroughly enjoyed this month and have definitely enjoyed using products from Crafty Secrets. For all those who have come to visit my blog this month and have left comments, Thank You Very Much.

For today's post I have a vintage picture frame to share. This picture is a very old picture of my Abuelita (Grandmother) standing in front of an antique mirror. Frame is from Michaels and it was covered with paper from the Classic Paper Designs of Crafty Secrets. The bunch of flowers in the center of the picture frame was cut to over-hang on the frame. Added some liquid embossing to let it stand out. Used a vintage lace all around the inside border of the frame. Cut flowers with peachy pink cs, topped it with liquid embossing and added some bling on the center of each flower. Letter underneath "Abuelita" are stickers also from Crafty Secrets.

Once again, thank you everyone for visiting my blog this month.

This card was made for the weekly Tuesday challenge over at the Crafty Secrets forum. Every Tuesday one of the girls posts a challenge to use products from Crafty Secrets.
