This card is for today's Featured Stamper (Michelle/Shellapoo) challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers. Michelle has an amazing gallery full of beautiful work. Here is the card I selected to case from Michelle's gallery.
I kept the layout pretty much the same. I used a different stamps set which is from MFT "It's a Jungle Out There" Each of the jungle animals were stamped several times on white cs. Colored the animals with Tombow markers and cut the pieces out. Each animal was layered for dimension. This was then mounted on to a white cs that was lightly sponged on the edges with Walnut Stain. Corners were cut using a corner scissor. White layer was mounted on a olive green dp from BasicGrey's Sugared Paper Pad. Used decorative scissore on the 2 side of this layer and again sponged lightly the edges with walnut stain. This was mounted onto 2 other DP's from the same paper pad 'Sugared'. Used the lace border punch from Martha Stewart in the orange layer. Sentiment is from MFT and added brads at the bottom.
Stamp: It's a Jungle Out There MFT
Paper: Sugared BasicGrey and white cs
Ink: Onyx Black Versafine, Walnut Stain and various Tombow markers
Accessories: Brads, Martha Stewart Lace Border Punch, Decorative and corner scissors
