This card was made for 2 challenges over at Splitcoast Stampers. Yesterday's Sketch Challenge and today's Way to Use It Challenge which is to use stripes in your project.
Image for this card is from the Garden Girls stamp set of Crafty Secrets Clear Art stamps. It was stamped on white cs with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then colored with Copic markers. This was then matted onto purple cs and sprayed with Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist. Edges of the matting were then dotted with an opaque white signo pen. Background paper is from the Princess Paper Pad of Marcella K. Sentiment is from the same Garden Girls stamp set. Before attaching the image to the card, I sprayed the background with Purple Pansy Glimmer Mist. All the purple matting was dotted with the signo pen. For the finishing touch to this card, I added a crocheted flower with a button and some purple thread. Stamp: Garden Girls - Crafty Secrets Clear Art Stamps
