Today is Tuesday and Tuesday is the Color Challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers and it is also the day for the Tuesday Crafty Secret Forum challenge. So I combined both challenges and made one card.

White, black and red cs was but with an oval scallop nestabilities and dotted with a white Signo pen. Background DP is from the Radiant Paper Design collection of Crafty Secrets.
